syscancel(<word>)
SYSCANCEL removes any identifier currently associated with <word>, i.e. it
cancels the word as a variable or constant. E.g.
vars x;
1 -> x;
x =>
** 1
syscancel("x");
x =>
;;; DECLARING VARIABLE x
** <undef x>
